He did a very good job checking the market and came up with a good comparable price that met our expectation. He offered a good marketing plan. His photographric team was very professional. The house was empty, but the pictures look fantastic, particularly the ones with virtual staging. Everything went well and the house was sold in a week after the first open house. The buy even offered some extra credit to beat the other offer. He is friendly, reliable and hardworking. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
